২০৩০ সালে “আনন্দমার্গ প্রচারক সংঘ” মিশনের ৭৫ বৎসর পূর্ণ হবে। প্রতিষ্ঠার সময় থেকেই সংঘ বিভিন্ন ঘাত-প্রতিঘাতের মধ্যদিয়ে এগিয়ে চলছে। স্বাভাবিকভাবে যেসব সেবা ও উন্নয়ন মূলক কাজ চলছে তা’ যথারীতি চলবেই। ২০৩০ সালকে লক্ষ্য রেখে আনন্দনগরে স্থানীয় সর্বসাধারণের সার্বিক উন্নয়নের কথা ভেবে নিম্নোক্ত ৬টি বিষয়ে চরম উৎকর্ষতার শিখরে পৌঁছানোর পরিকল্পনা নেওয়া হয়েছে। সেইভাবে কয়েকটি ক্ষেত্রে কাজ শুরুও হয়েছে, আর তাতে ধীরে ধীরে সফলতাও আসা শুরু হয়েছে। ১৯৭৯ সালে আনন্দনগরে এসে মার্গগুরু শ্রীশ্রীআনন্দমূর্ত্তিজী এক প্রবচনে বলেছেন––“আনন্দনগর – বিশ্বের আলোকবর্ত্তিকা” সাংস্কৃতিক ও আধ্যাত্মিক ক্ষেত্রে গোটা বিশ্বকে পথনির্দেশনা দেবে।
১) শিক্ষা ক্ষেত্রে:
১) আনন্দমার্গ স্কুলগুলিকে আদর্শ মানুষ গড়ার লক্ষ্যে আক্ষরিক ও ব্যবহারিক ক্ষেত্রে নৈতিক ও মূল্যবোধ শিক্ষা প্রদানের মাধ্যমে আরও সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ করে তোলা।
২) ছাত্র-ছাত্রাদের নব্যমানবতাবাদী ভাবধারা শিক্ষায় শিক্ষিত করে তোলা।
৩) ফুটবল, কবাডি, ভলিবল, টাইকাণ্ডু, দৌড়, হাইজাম্প, লংজাম্প বিভিন্ন ব্যষ্টিগত ও সমষ্টিগত খেলাধুলার প্রশিক্ষণের অনুশীলন ও ব্যবস্থা করা।
৪) নাটক, কবিতা, গল্প ও প্রবন্ধ রচনা ও চর্চা, অঙ্কন, সঙ্গীত, বাদ্যযন্ত্রের শিক্ষার মাধ্যমে নিজস্বতা ও স্বকীয়তা প্রকাশের সুযোগ ও পরিবেশ সৃষ্টি করা।
৫) কম্পিউটার শিক্ষায় শিক্ষিত করার সুযোগ ও ব্যবস্থাপনা গড়ে তোলা।
৬) স্বাবলম্বী ও ব্যষ্টিত্ব সম্পন্ন হিসেবে গড়ার লক্ষ্যে বিভিন্ন স্কিল্ড(দক্ষতা) প্রশিক্ষণের প্রচলন করা।
৭) ভেষজ উদ্যান তৈরী করে লুপ্ত ও অবলুপ্ত ভেষজগুণ সম্পন্ন উদ্ভিদের সংরক্ষণ ও গ্রামের জনসাধারণের মধ্যে আয়ুর্বেদিক চিকিৎসা জনপ্রিয় করে তোলা।
৮) পঞ্চম ও নবম শ্রেণীর ছাত্র-ছাত্রাদের জন্যে মেধান্বেষণ পরীক্ষা ও বৃত্তি প্রদানের মাধ্যমে প্রাইমারী ও হাইস্কুলের ছাত্র ছাত্রাদের মধ্যে প্রতিযোগিতার মানসিকতা ও যোগ্যদের উৎসাহ প্রদান করা।
৯) বিভিন্ন বোর্ড পরীক্ষায় উল্লেখযোগ্য সাফল্যের জন্যে প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ।
২) স্কিল্ড (দক্ষতা) প্রশিক্ষণ:
১) গ্রামের স্কুল-কলেজের শিক্ষিত যুবক-যুবতীদের জন্যে নিয়মিত স্কিল্ড প্রশিক্ষণের ব্যবস্থা করা যাতে শিক্ষান্তে কাউকে বেকার বসে থাকতে না হয়।
২) অদক্ষ (আনস্কিল্ড) শ্রমিকদের প্রশিক্ষণের মাধ্যমে দক্ষ (স্কিল্ড) শ্রমিক তৈরী করে কাজের উৎকর্ষতা বৃদ্ধি করা ও বাইরে কোথাও গেলেও দক্ষ শ্রমিক হিসেবে প্রতিপন্ন হবে।
৩) গ্রামের যুবক-যুবতী ও মহিলাদের স্বরোজগার প্রকল্পের জন্যে প্রশিক্ষণের ব্যবস্থা করা।
৩) স্পোর্টস ক্ষেত্রে:
১) যে সমস্ত কিশোর-কিশোরী, যুবক-যুবতীরা বিভিন্ন খেলাধুলার সঙ্গে জড়িত রয়েছ্, তাদের বিশেষ প্রশিক্ষণের বা সুযোগ-সুবিধার ব্যবস্থা করে দেওয়া, যাতে তারা আরও এগিয়ে যেতে পারে।
২) কেন্দ্র ও রাজ্য সরকার স্বীকৃত খেলাধুলার প্রতি কিশোর-কিশোরীদের আকর্ষণ বাড়ানো ও সেইভাবে প্রশিক্ষণের ব্যবস্থা করা।
৩) প্রথম ডিভিশন ফুটবল লীগ খেলায় জেলা চ্যাম্পিয়ণ হওয়া।
৪) ছোট বয়স থেকেই রেসিডেন্সিয়াল স্পোর্টস (ফুটবল) হোষ্টেলের ব্যবস্থা করা।
৫) গ্রামের ছেলে-মেয়েদের ফুটবল, ভলিবল, কবাডি, খো খো, দৌড়, টাইকাণ্ডো ও অন্যান্য খেলার কোচিং ও উৎসাহ প্রদান।
৬) পূর্ব আনন্দনগরে স্পোর্টস ষ্টেডিয়ামের জন্যে জমি ক্রয় করা।
৭) আধুনিক স্পোর্টস কমপ্লেক্স নির্মাণ।
৮) স্পোর্টস কমপ্লেক্সে, ষ্টেডিয়ামের জলের ও যাতায়াতের সমস্যা সমাধানের জন্যে উত্তরা-উত্তরণ চেকড্যাম নির্মাণ অত্যন্ত জরুরী।
৯) বাইরের অতিথিদের থাকার জন্যে পুন্দাগে গেষ্টহাউস নির্মাণ।
৪) সাংস্কৃতিক ক্ষেত্রে:
১) স্থানীয় রাঢ়ী বাংলায় ও সাঁওতালি ভাষায় নাটক ও থিয়েটার মঞ্চস্থ করিয়ে স্থানীয় শিল্পীদের উৎসাহ প্রদান করা।
২) স্থানীয় শিল্পীদের সম্বর্ধনা প্রদান করে তাঁদের দক্ষতা বাড়াতে উৎসাহিত করা।
৩) ছৌ নৃত্যের প্রচার ও প্রসারের মাধ্যমে সমাজের মানুষকে লোকসংস্কৃতির সঙ্গে সংযুক্ত করা।
৪) টুসু-ভাদু-করম জাতীয় লোকউৎসবকে উৎসাহ দেওয়া ও সাংস্কৃতিক প্রতিযোগিতার মাধ্যমে উৎকর্ষ বৃদ্ধি করা।
৫) স্থানীয় ভাষায় লিখিত শ্রেষ্ঠ কবিতা,গল্প, নাটক, প্রবন্ধ লেখকদের পুরস্কার ও সম্মান জানানোর মাধ্যমে উন্নত মননশীলতার উৎসাহ ও উৎকর্ষ বৃদ্ধি।
৫) কৃষি ক্ষেত্রে:
১) ফল-ফুল অন্যান্য চারাগাছের নার্সারি তৈরী করা।
২) বিভিন্ন ফল-ফুল, শস্য ও শাকসব্জীর বৈজ্ঞানিকভাবে উন্নত বীজ উৎপাদনের জন গবেষণার ব্যবস্থা করা।
৩) জলজ উদ্ভিদ ও প্রাণীর পরীক্ষামূলক চাষ।
৪) বিভিন্ন অর্থকরী মূল্যবান বৃক্ষ রোপন।
৫) বিভিন্ন ফলের বাণিজ্যিকভাবে উৎপাদন।
৬) পর্যায়ক্রমিক চাষের গবেষণা।
৭) বৈজ্ঞানিকভাবে জৈব সার তৈরী ও প্রয়োগ।
৮) গ্রামের মানুষকে স্বনির্ভর করতে উন্নতজাতের পশুপালনের উপযোগিতা ও প্রশিক্ষণ।
৬) নারী অভ্যুদয় তথা স্বশক্তিকরণ:
কিশোরী, যুবতী ও মহিলাদের আর্থিক, শারীরিক, মানসিক ও আধ্যাত্মিক উন্নতি তথা স্বশক্তিকরণের জন্যে নিম্নোক্ত বিষয়গুলোর প্রশিক্ষণের ব্যবস্থা করা অবশ্য জরুরী।
১) টাইকণ্ডো প্রশিক্ষণ।
২) কম্পিউটার প্রশিক্ষণ।
৩) স্থানীয়ভাবে উৎপাদিত বস্তু সামগ্রী দিয়ে কুটির শিল্পের প্রশিক্ষণ।
৪) ঘরে বসে নিত্যব্যবহার্য জিনিসের উৎপাদনের প্রশিক্ষণ।
সমস্যা অর্থাৎ চ্যালেঞ্জেস
পৃথিবীতে যেকোন মহান কাজ আজ পর্যন্ত মসৃণভাবে সম্পন্ন হয়নি। লক্ষ্য যত বড় বাঁধাও তত বৃহৎ। আর্থিক সমস্যা ব্যতিরেকে সুষ্ঠুভাবে সম্পন্ন করতে নিম্নোক্ত সমস্যাগুলোর সবার আগে সমাধান জরুরী।
১) সত্যিকারের মানবকল্যাণে নিয়োজিত মনোভাবসম্পন্ন মানুষের বিভিন্ন প্রকল্পে যোগদান। যিনি নিঃস্বার্থভাবে প্রকল্প পরিচালনা করবেন।
২) প্রত্যেকটি প্রকল্পের জন্যে চাই অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন দক্ষ লোক।
৩) প্রত্যেকটি প্রকল্পের জন্যে আনুষঙ্গিক খরচ বিবেচনা করে প্রকৃত বাজেট প্রস্তুত করা।
৪) প্রতিটি প্রকল্প সমাজে আর্থিকভাবে ও শিক্ষার দিক থেকে পিছিয়ে আছে তাদের সার্বিক উন্নয়নে কাজে লাগতে পারে তার মূল্যায়ণ করা।

Vision 2030
The Mission “Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha” will complete 75 years in 2030. Since its inception, the organization has been advancing amidst various challenges and adversities. The ongoing services and developmental works will continue as usual. Keeping the year 2030 as the goal, plans have been made for the following six areas to reach the pinnacle of excellence in Anandanagar, focusing on the overall development of the local community. Work has commenced in several areas, with success gradually following the suit. In 1979, during a discourse upon his arrival in Anandanagar, Marga Guru Shrii Shrii Ananda Murtiijii proclaimed, “Anandanagar – the Beacon Light for the Universe,” suggesting its role as a guiding force for the entire world in cultural and spiritual realms.
1) Education Sector:
a) Ananda Marga Schools aim to cultivate ideal individuals by providing moral and value-based education in both theoretical and practical aspects, fostering greater harmony.
b) Educating students in a Neo-humanism education system.
c) Providing training in various individual and team sports such as football, kabaddi, volleyball, taekwondo, running, high jump, and long jump.
d) Creating opportunities for self-expression and individuality through activities like drama, poetry, storytelling, essay writing, painting, music and musical instrument training.
e) Creating opportunities and arrangements for computer education.
f) Organizing various skills training programs with the goal of developing self-reliant and entrepreneurial individuals.
g) Establishing herbal gardens to conserve and promote the use of endangered and extinct medicinal plants, popularizing Ayurvedic treatment among the rural population.
h) Encouraging a competitive mindset and providing scholarships through talent search examinations for students in fifth and ninth grades, boosting the mental attitude and motivation of primary and high school students.
i) Making necessary arrangements for significant success in various board examinations.
2) Skills Training:
1) Regular skills training arrangements for educated youth in village schools and colleges to prevent anyone from being unemployed after education.
2) Training unskilled workers to become skilled workers through training, increasing work efficiency, and ensuring they are recognized as skilled workers even outside the village.
3) Arranging training for the youth and women of the village for self-employment projects.
3) In the Sports Sector:
a) Providing special training or facilities to all adolescents and youths involved in various sports to help them progress further.
b) Increasing the attraction towards and arranging training for sports approved by the central and state governments for adolescents.
c) Winning the district championship in the First Division Football League.
d) Arranging for residential sports (football) hostels from a young age.
e) Providing coaching and encouragement for boys and girls in the village in sports such as football, volleyball, kabaddi, kho kho, running, taekwondo, and other games.
f) Purchasing land for a sports stadium in East Anandanagar.
g) Constructing a modern sports complex.
h) For the sports complex, the construction of an Uttra-uttaran check dam is extremely urgent to solve the water and transportation problems at the stadium.

4) In the Cultural Sector:
a) Encouraging local artists by staging dramas and theatre in local Rarhi Bangla and Saotali languages.
b) Providing support to local artists to enhance their skills and encourage them.
c) Integrating people into the folk culture through the promotion and dissemination of Chhou dance.
d) Encouraging the Tusu-Bhadu-Karam type folk festival and promoting excellence through cultural competitions.
e) Promoting advanced thinking and excellence by awarding and honoring writers of the best poems, stories, dramas, and essays in the local language.
5) In the field of agriculture:
a) Establish nurseries for fruits, flowers, and other plants.
b) Conduct research for the production of improved seeds of various fruits, flowers, grains, and vegetables.
c) Cultivate aquatic plants and animals experimentally.
d) Plant various economically valuable trees.
e) Commercial production of various fruits.
f) Research on sequential cropping.
g) Production and application of bio-fertilizers scientifically.
h) Utilization and training in advanced animal husbandry for self-reliance of the rural people.
6) Women’s Empowerment:
It is essential to provide training in the following areas for the economic, physical, mental, and spiritual development and empowerment of adolescent girls, young women, and women:
a) Taekwondo training.
b) Computer training.
c) Training in cottage industry using locally produced materials.
d) Training in the production of daily need items at home.
Challenges, or Rather, Problems
No great task on Earth has ever been fully accomplished completely yet. The higher the goal, the greater the challenges. Apart from financial constraints, addressing the following issues is crucial for a comprehensive solution.
1) Engagement of individuals with a genuinely altruistic attitude in various projects for true human welfare, who will manage projects selflessly.
2) Seeking experienced and skilled individuals for each project.
3) Preparation of actual budgets for each project considering incidental costs.
4) Evaluation of each project’s potential to contribute to comprehensive development in society, especially for those lagging behind economically and in terms of education.
